Daniel Casamayor is an immigration attorney with more than ten years of experience. He focuses his practice on US immigration law, he has been featured in major international media outlets, published content for the Florida Bar, and his work has been recognized by nonprofit organizations.
Daniel counsels clients on a range of immigration matters including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, including those based on H-1B, TN, L, E, O, P, I, EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waivers, EB-5, and the Labor Certification Process. Daniel is the Co-Chair of the Immigration Law Committee for the Miami Dade Bar Association.
